Hip-hip-hurray!

I just want to give a big thank you to everyone who has decided to follow my humble little blog. To be honest, I was expecting this small project of mine to remain hidden for a while longer. I have been pleasantly surprised at how people from all over the world have found me and have taken interest in this project.

As you can imagine, even while I tryout for Automattic again, I still have to eat. So, I am working through the day and fitting in study/forum-volunteering/blog-writing on the side. My goal is to post 2-3 posts a week on this blog. So far, I think I’m doing ok?

I didn’t realise just how much “follows” and “likes” DO motivate and encourage bloggers. I have a tendency to shy away from the buttons you find at the end of a web page or blog post. But after creating a blog myself, I have now started to give a “like” a little more frequently. Maybe I will give a “comment” or two soon, too?

As of right now, my English forum reply count is 20 and my Japanese reply count is 9. I hope to pick up the pace a bit, but I am still going steady. Some time soon, I want to start helping out on other forums, not just Support. Maybe I will try from CSS? I want to be able to give advice in all areas by the time I reapply at Automattic again. I will continue to update you on how I go.

Anyway, I wanted to recognise each of my followers. Thank you all so much!
