My Very First Playlist on WordPress.com
Yes, that is an… image of a playlist?
So, what has happened is… With VideoPress, you are able to upload a video to one site, and then using the given shortcode, embed that video into any other WordPress.com site. For example, the following video is uploaded to my personal premium site, but I can copy-and-paste the shortcode into this site and still embed the video.
When I wrote that last post about shortcode, I thought I could do the same – create a playlist on my paid site and embed that into this site. Apparently, that can’t be done. Actually, looking at the playlist shortcode, I can see the code is site-specific and not universal. So, what I have done is left that playlist on my personal site, but have put the image of it here as proof that I have indeed made a playlist with WordPress.com!
Although I can’t give you a playlist, I can give you individual players for the songs in my playlist. I hope you enjoy this songs, too, all provided by Bensound.com.
